The Chicago Cubs are currently in Houston as they take on the Astros in a three-game series.
After winning a 2-0 ballgame on Friday, the Cubs dropped game two on Saturday 2-1. With the rubber match taking place Sunday night, members of the team decided to catch a college football game nearby.
With TCU taking on Arkansas in Texas, the plane ride wasn’t a long one allowing Dexter Fowler, David Ross, Jon Lester, Travis Wood, Eric Hinske and Joe Smith to catch the game:

TCU alum Jake Arrieta wasn’t in attendance however, as he is scheduled to pitch Sunday night’s finale at Minute Maid Park. They are looking to lower their magic number to win the NL Central to 6 with a win.
