4. Justin Fields will not reach 4,000 yards passing

The Bears have never had a quarterback throw for 4,000 yards in a single season. That record will stay secure through the 2023 season. I think Fields will have a much better season passing with the addition of Moore and a healthy Chase Claypool and Darnell Mooney.
However, the Bears are still a running team. They won’t go from the league’s number-one running offense to a passing team in one season. Fields should throw closer to the 3,000-3,500 mark in his third NFL season. If Fields can throw for over 3,000 yards and rush for nearly 1,000 more, he will have shown incredible progress this season.
