Blackhawks Off-season rebuild continues with a few surprises along the way.
As the course of the NHL off-season sits at a stand still, with a few surprises along the way, hearing about the news that Eddie Olczyk has left the Chicago Blackhawks team broadcast for the Seattle Kraken. Not to mention the questionable trades made by the general manager Kyle Davidson, according to many of the fanbase here in Chicago, and the rash of draft picks made by the manager and his team that has made an everlasting impression.
I would be wary to say that this team is far from falling from grace, defending this remark with reports that the returns from the draft was in fact a positive, solid solution.
The fact that the rebuild in nature was definitely the standard from what was required in order to stabilize the team from the drama from the past year and given the fact that the team was in such chaos, before Kyle Davidson took over, tells the fans that the course of action still remains at bay here.
The off-season is showing promise and could provide a glimpse into the 2022/2023 season.
With an opinion that positively remains optimistic in regards to the Blackhawks, one questions how will the players deliver in the presence of the coaching staff, with the coach stressing that he solely wants to focus on the defensive aspect and let the forwards get creative with the offensive strike, unless their is a trick up there sleeve.
Given the opportunity presented to many of the new additions to the team, it gives them the opportunity to either re-represent themselves in orderly fashion and give them a fresh start to grow and compete in nature to regain the hockey spirit and for the rookies, this would be the moment to grasp the chance to become an all-star level caliber player like that would be able to take the Blackhawks team deep into the playoffs and possibly succeed.
For many that may be a while to come, for some it maybe Christmas come March and the best thing to observe and wait upon at the moment is the next available signing the general manager makes or the trade that will define the team and it’s need by far to say the least.
