It’s time to panic Bulls fans. The team is in trouble.
After losing both games at home to the Washington Wizards, the Chicago Bulls now find themselves in a 0-2 series hole and home court advantage gone. And there are really no signs of encouragement for the Bulls.
Now they face a tough challenge of trying to get back into the series on the road in Washington. Odds for Friday’s game three and other NBA playoff games can be found at best sportsbook online.
In both of their losses, the Bulls have struggled on the offensive end during the fourth quarter. It’s essentially costed them both games in the series so far. With all of the praise for defense, the Bulls forgot about their offense and the Wizards are making them pay.
They have blown two double-digit second-half leads. That’s something the Bulls rarely did during the regular season.
So whats the problem for the Bulls?
Maybe it’s the fact that the Wizards present a big problem for the Bulls on the offensive and defensive end of the floor. During the series, the Wizards have been giving the Bulls fits all over the court. Their front court of Nene and Marcin Gortat have been huge for the Wizards down low. Even with Joakim Noah, the NBA’s Defensive Player of the Year, the Wiz have still found ways to make life rough on Noah.
Let’s not forget about the Wizards impressive play from Bradley Beal, John Wall and Andre Miller. Yes, the ageless Miller who has provided a big boost to the Wizards both offensively and defensively.
The Bulls offense has officially gone M.I.A and have many wondering what can Tom Thibodeau do to fix things?
Whatever it is, it needs to happen Friday or this series is done.
