Joe Maddon’s latest road trip theme is awesome
Just a few weeks ago we saw the Chicago Cubs wear some crazy suits for their long road trip that begun in Pittsburgh and it was great. Now Joe Maddon and his team are getting ready for another road trip and the manager has a new theme.
Maddon implemented a “Comfort & Style” theme as players are sporting customized tracksuits on their way to Philadelphia:

As you can see, they each have nicknames on the back for the player wearing it. Infielder Ben Zobrist took it to a whole new level however as he is sporting this awesome mullet:

After losing Sunday’s game to the Arizona Diamondbacks, the Cubs will open a three-game series against the Philadelphia Phillies on Monday. The road trip will also include a stop in Atlanta for three games as well as Washington.
