The New York Yankees and Chicago Cubs may have a deal in place for closer Aroldis Chapman.
Multiple beat writers are reporting that the Cubs have made an offer for Chapman which is headlined by prospect Gleyber Torres. The 19-year-old Torres is considered the top prospect in the Cubs organization by several sites.
Torres was pulled from the Myrtle Beach lineup on Sunday night:

The deal could be done at any time and will give the Cubs a dominant closer as they chase a World Series title in 2016.
