Some news that Chicago Bulls fans have been waiting to hear, may officially be coming true. According to a report from The Bulls Zone, Nikola Mirotic will not be playing for Real Madrid next season and will be in the USA.
A recent article in Spain claims Mirotic has played his final game there and will head to the NBA. Good news for Bulls fans, who have been waiting for Mirotic’s arrival for a few years.
Real Madrid lost in their tournament in the Final Four, and rumor has it that Mirotic was playing with an injury for half of the season. It sounded like a disaster in Real Madrid, with the possibility of their coach getting fired as well.
The Bulls will pay $600,000 towards his buyout with Mirotic paying the $2.4M of his $3M buyout from Real Madrid.
