It appears as if Tanner Roark won’t be starting in Wednesday’s elimination game at Wrigley Field.
Just hours after Dusty Baker announced that the team would go with Roark following a rainout on Tuesday, the skipper has changed his mind. Baker announced that Strasburg was feeling under the weather and blamed the “mold in Chicago” for the reasoning.
But it appears as if Strasburg is somehow healthy enough to pitch today according to Jon Morosi:

Strasburg pitched in Game 1 of the series, taking a no-hit bid into the 6th inning. The Cubs would go on to win the game on the road.
It’s unclear if Strasburg is 100 percent or if the pressure got to him and he’s taking the mound despite being sick.
