Rivals.com has updated their Class of 2015 Basketball Top 150 list today and a local has cracked the top 15.
Lincolshire Stevenson’s Jalen Brunson is considered to be the best player in Illinois and one of the best point guards in the country, so it’s no surprise that he’s ranked number 15 on the updated list.
Brunson has narrowed his list down to eight schools: Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Michigan State, Purdue, Temple, UCONN and Villanova.
Other Illinois prep players include: #56 Charles Matthews (St. Rita), #61 D.J. Williams (Simeon), #84 Aaron Jordan (Plainfield), #86 Glynn Watson (St. Josephs), #103 Edward Morrow (Simeon), #143 LuWane Pipkins (Bogan) and #146 Roosevelt Smart (St. Viator).
