John Groce just nabbed a huge commitment from the 2013 class in Simeon guard Kendrick Nunn.
Nunn commited to the Illini this afternoon according to his twitter.

This three commitments for the 2013 class, joining 4-star guard Malcolm Hill and 3-star center Maverick Morgan, who are both top 150 players in the nation.
Kendrick Nunn is the #42 rated player in the nation according to Rivals.com. He selected Illinois over Ohio State, Marquette and UCLA. Listed at 6’3″ 175, he’s a lefty shooter and a teammate of Jabari Parker, who by the way hasn’t lost contact with the Illinois staff despite leaving them out of his “top 10”.
Nunn will no doubt be a huge recruiter for the Illini. Judging by his twitter, he’s already gotten into contact with the #25 player in the nation Xavier Rathan-Mayes, who just announced last night that Illinois was in his top 3. Expect him to also be in Parkers ear, along with Keita Bates-Diop and some other Illinois preps.
