Hi, my name is Patrick Howard and I am the White Sox writer for Chicitysports.com. My job as a writer is to full you, the reader in on what is going on with the White Sox. I usually try to say something funny or go in depth about what is going on. If you have followed this team this year, you would know they are horrible. They usually score 4 runs or below each game and the pitching makes you want to cry.
As you probably know the Sox lost again tonight behind the solid effort of our “ace” Jake Peavy. I would usually have a write up all set up and ready to post already but after watching the last week or so, I dont want to bore you guys. All I would be able to say is, once again the pitching was decent but the offense failed to put runs on the board. Who really wants to read that every single game?
Here is my brief recap. The Indians took the lead in the 4th off a Kearns single and again later Kearns walked to make it 2-0. The Sox struck back with a Ramon Castro single but that is all they would get. Branyan singled to give the Tribe a 3-1 lead and the scorre would stay that way. Peavy was sharp as he went 7 innings giving up 6 hits and just 2 runs.
There, thats all. Thats all i really need to say because it is the same story every game!
