Game 3 –
Edwin Jackson makes the start against the Blue Jays in the 3rd game of the series. He is 4-5 with a 4.26 ERA this year and has faced the Jays 12 times compiling a 3-3 record and a 4.02 ERA. Opposing Jackson is right-hander Carlos Villanueva. He is filling in for injured Jesse Litsch. He is 2-0 with a 1.53 ERA, he earned one of those wins in his first start against Bartolo Colon and the Yankees.
Game 4 –
John Danks, as has been his story line all year, will look for win number one in this series finale. Danks has been solid this year going 0-7 with a 4.34 ERA. He is 1-3 with a 4.39 ERA in 5 career games against the Jays. Taking the hill for the Jays is Southpaw Ricky Romero. He is 4-4 with a 2.91 ERA this year and has been even better of late going 2-0 with a 0.79 ERA. He has faced the Sox in 2 games going 1-0 with a 4.05 ERA.
