Game 1 –
The opening game of this 2nd 2 game series in a row will feature Jake Peavy and Fausto Carmona. Peavy will be making his 2nd start of the year, in his first start Peavy went 6 innings surrendering 7 hits and 4 earned runs but walking none. The righty is 1-3 with a 5.00 ERA in 6 career games against the Tribe. Carmona is 3-3 with a 3.94 ERA so far this year and has faced the Sox once this year a start in which he went 3 innings surrendering 10 runs and earning a 30.00 ERA. Carmona has been good against the Sox in his career going 7-4 with a 5.48 ERA.
Game 2 –
The finale of this 2 game series will see Phil Humber and Alex White. Humber has been good this year going 3-3 with a 3.18 ERA and is 1-1 with a 3.15 ERA over his last 3. Alex White was the Indians #1 draft pick in the 2009 draft and is filling in the rotation while Matt Talbot is on the DL as he needs 1 or 2 more starts in extended spring training before being re-activated from the DL. White is 1-0 with a 3.75 ERA in 2 games this year and has beat the Angels Jared Weaver in his first Major League start.
