The year 2018 will mark the 20th anniversary of Michael Jordan’s famous “last shot” with the Chicago Bulls, helping them earn another three-peat and their sixth NBA Championship.
When Jordan hit that dagger over Bryon Russell, he was wearing the Air Jordan 14 in a black and red colorway.
Chicago celebrated the title not knowing what the future held with Jordan and the Bulls. But in that moment, it didn’t really matter.
Jordan debuted the shoe in the second half of Game 5 and then wore it for the entire Game 6. The shoe became and instant hit and the colorway was dubbed “Last Shot” to commorate the moment. Now in 2018, the colorway is making a return.
The shoe is set to release again in Mid-June of 2018 and will be retailed for $190. This colorway has been released in the past, most recently as part of the “Finals” pack in 2017.
But this model will be by itself rather than a package so it’s possible Jordan Brand could do something special for this iconic moment.
