3. Chicago Bears Quarterback Justin Fields
Most of Justin Fields’ rookie season was a big bummer to watch. How much of it was Field’s fault versus Matt Nagy we’ll never know. Fields struggled in Nagy’s offense, throwing only 7 touchdowns to 10 interceptions. Getting hit as much as he did times didn’t help matters much.
Fields’ improvement would be a huge sigh of relief to Bears fans who have wanted a franchise quarterback for generations. If he plays well in new offensive coordinator Luke Getsy’s offense, the Bears should be able to win a few games because of Fields’ talents. Why is Fields only 3 on this list? The Bears’ second-year quarterback doesn’t have much help surrounding him this season. There’s only so much he can do in 2022.
