The Trubisky Train keeps on rolling.
John Fox announced that rookie quarterback Mitchell Trubisky will receive playing time with the first-string offense during Sunday’s preseason tilt with the Tennessee Titans.
The move comes just two days after Fox hinted to the media that there’s a possibility of Trubisky earning some extra reps.
To recap: Mitchell Trubisky took some 1st team reps today. Mike Glennon starts on Sunday, but Trubiksy will start 2nd half w/1's.

The announcement doesn’t signal a changing of the guard, however. While this news will excite many Bears fans, it’s still a tall order to say that change is coming for the start of the regular season.
Mike Glennon remains No. 1 on the team’s depth chart entering Sunday’s game and it’s been that way for the last three weeks.
John Fox said there is no change on the Bears' depth chart at quarterback, but the team is evaluating Mitchell Trubisky with the ones.

Bears General Manager Ryan Pace and his staff have mentioned previously that there were no plans to give Trubisky regular season playing time, but his performance through the team’s first two preseason games may be forcing their hand if he continues to excel and Glennon falters.
Against Denver and Arizona, Trubisky has connected on 72% of his throws for 226 yards and 2 touchdowns, while rushing for 38 yards on three carries. With his early success, it’s being sensed by some that Trubisky feels he can change the Bears’ minds about playing time.
#Bears QB Mitch Trubisky said all the right things. But my sense is that he senses he's changed the conversation. Exuded strong confidence.

If this confidence continues to carry Trubisky and he outplays Glennon on Sunday, we could be in for quite a week leading up to Chicago’s final preseason game.
The plans have changed and through force they might change again.
