Two Chicago Bulls stars had standout games against the Wizards boosting their trade value.
The Chicago Bulls had a commanding 138-135 victory last night over the lowly Washington Wizards. Two of the Chicago Bulls biggest stars Zach LaVine and Nikola Vucevic had standout performances which helped boost their trade value.
A dominating victory

The 18-20 Chicago Bulls who currently are sitting tenth in the Eastern Conference standings, while the 6-30 Washington Wizards sit at the bottom. In a commanding 138-105 victory two of the Chicago Bulls stars and potential trade pieces Zach LaVine and Nikoa Vucevic had standout performances.
The 29-year-old Lavine had his fifth straight 30+ point game against the Wizards playing in 33 minutes going 14-21 with 33 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assist, and shooting .429% from behind the arc. For the season LaVine is averaging 33.6 minutes, 23.6 points per game, 4.4 assist, 4.6 rebounds, while shooting 51.8% from the field, and 44.4% from three.
While for his part in the Bulls win Center Nikola Vucevic played 27 minutes shot 9-12 from the field with 23 points, 13 rebounds, and 3 assist. Vucevic for the season is averaging 20.3 points, 3.3 assist, 10.2 rebounds, with shooting 55.8% from the field, and 43.3% from behind the arc.
Both have been apart of trade rumors

Both Zach LaVine and Nikola Vucevic have been the subject of trade rumors and mock drafts. Currently Zach LaVine has three-years $137 million which is proving to be tough trying to find a team willing to take that on that contract given the NBAs new salary cap threshold. While for Nikola Vucevic he has a more manageable $21.481 million for next year before becoming an unrestricted free agent which teams would be happy to take on given his production this season.
Nikola Vucevic for his part has shown he can stay healthy with averaging around 75.25 games played in the last four seasons. While Zach LaVine has not being able to stay in the court consistently with just averaging 56 games in that same span. For the most part this season however LaVine has shown he can be trusted to stay on the court with playing in 33 of a possibly 38 games.
Both players will add a lot of value to whoever they are traded to. Some mock drafts have the Detroit Pistons as the favorites to land either of the two Chicago Bulls, but with the NBA Trade Deadline set to end on February 6th there’s still time to get a package together to get a good haul back for both Zach LaVine and Nikola Vucevic.
