Representing the Sox in the 2011 Futures Game is OF Dayan Viciedo and RHP Gregory Infante
Viciedo, 22, is batting .324 with 11 homers and 49 RBIs in 70 games this season for AAA Charlotte. he has been working on switching from 3B to the outfield this year. Near the end of spring training he suffered a broken thumb when he was hit by a David Bush pitch while playing the Rangers.
Infante is 2-1 with a 1.64 ERA over 33 innings split between AA Birmingham and AAA Charlotte.
