The Chicago Cubs had a special guest in the house Wednesday night for their win over the Los Angeles Dodgers.
The Cubs honored reporter Craig Sager as part of “Conquer Cancer Day” at Wrigley Field on Thursday. Sager is a lifelong Cubs fan and revealed that his Leukemia returned and is continuing to undergo treatment.
Prior to the game, Sager delivered the first pitch to cancer survivor and Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo:

He wasn’t done yet as he sang “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” during the seventh inning stretch and nailed it:

For a guy going through all he’s going through, it hasn’t stopped him from working NBA games or doing special events like this.
