Tuesday night’s celebration at Wrigley Field was one for the ages as the Chicago Cubs clinched a spot in the NLCS for the first time since 2003. It also marked the first time the Cubs have won a series at home in the history of Wrigley Field.
The celebration lasted for hours as fans made their way to Clark Street to celebrate the Cubs feat and advancement in the playoffs. When the final out was recorded, the stadium errupted in cheers as the traditional ‘Go Cubs Go’ song played through the loudspeakers.
It was so loud that you could hear it more than a mile away. Facebook user Will Cohen caught it all on camera and the result is incredible:
Ever wonder what Go Cubs Go sounds like during a historic clinching from 1mi away? Loud.

Hopefully we can hear it even louder if the Cubs continue to advance.
