For a bit it looked like a crushing loss of the Chicago Cubs coming off being swept by the Philadelphia Phillies. But then rookie Kris Bryant came to the rescue in a big way.
After the Cubs bullpen blew a three run ninth inning lead, Bryant hit a walk off 2-run home run to end the Cubs three game losing streak. Check out the home run:
With the win, the Cubs move to 52-46 on the season and could move to just 1.5 games back depending on what the San Francisco Giants do tonight.
