The Loyola-Chicago Ramblers are still dancing!
It was the trendy upset pick going into the tournament and the Ramblers delivered. After a solid first half, Loyola overcame an eight-point second half deficit to stun Miami and advance to the second round.
Loyola missed a tip-in shot that would have given them a one-point lead with just seconds remaining and with Miami up one going to the free throw line, it looked like doom for the Ramblers. But after Miami missed a free throw, Loyola grabbed the rebound and hit one of the biggest shots in program history.
Watch as Loyola-Chicago’s Donte Ingram hits a game-winning three-pointer with just .3 seconds left.
